Dra. Susan Palasis

Dr. Susan Palasis is the Director of Pediatric Neuroradiology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Professor of Radiology and Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine. Previously, Dr. Palasis served as the Division Chief of Pediatric Neuroradiology and Vice Chair of Clinical Operations at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and was a Professor of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She is a past president of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology (ASPNR) and was the program chair for the society’s inaugural meeting of 2019 and chaired the annual meeting again in January, 2023. Dr. Palasis has conducted research, published, and lectured widely on pediatric neuroimaging with a focus on applying advanced neuroimaging techniques for the evaluation of pediatric CNS disease.
